  • The three daily areas stay one tap away.
  • Risk: a centre action can be mistaken for a tab. It is drawn as an orange pill and labelled New.

  • Payments gets a permanent slot, which suits owners who chase transfers daily.
  • New booking only appears on Today, Bookings and Calendar headers, so it is two taps from other screens.
  • The bar is full on day one. Reports or Reminders would have to push something into More.

Why A is proposed

  • Bookings arrive through WhatsApp and calls at any moment. Capturing one should never depend on which screen is open.
  • Payments are recorded against a booking, so Record payment lives on booking detail. A Payments tab would duplicate that until a full payments module exists.
  • More absorbs Guests, Properties, Settings and future modules without changing the bar, so muscle memory survives growth.
  • Revisit if research shows owners open a payments overview daily, for example once automated balance reminders ship. Swapping More for Payments is then a small change.
